At Mystery Shirt in a Box, we want you to love your surprise kit, but we understand that sizing issues or rare defects may occur. We offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Ensure your shirt is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached; please note that 'change of mind' returns are not accepted due to the mystery nature of our products.

Email our team at support@mysteryshirtbox.com with your order number and a photo of the item to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the shirt in its original box and ship it to our processing center using a tracked mailing service to ensure safe delivery.
Refund or Exchange
Once our sports apparel experts inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement mystery box within 5 business days.
